[COVID19] 미국 FDA EUA(Emergency Use Authorization)을 받은 항체 치료제 Bamlanivimab, Casirivimab and Imdevimab
최근 FDA EUA를 받은 항체 치료제에 대해 알아볼까합니다. 첫번째 항체치료제는 Lilly의 Bamlanivimab 그리고 다음은 Regeneneron의 Carsirivimab and Imdevimab cocktail치료제가 있습니다. 둘다 정맥제제이며 항체치료제입니다. 치료 적응증은 direct SARS-CoV-2바이러스 테스트 양성자로서 경증, 중등증(moderate) COVID 19을 앓고있는 12세 이상이고 체중 40kg(88lbs)이상인 사람 그리고 심각한 병증으로 진행 혹은 입원 가능성이 높은 고위험군 대상입니다.(모두 and로 돼 있습니다) 여기서 특이한 점은 두 치료제 다 high flow 산소치료나 기계호흡 환자군에서는 병세를 악화시킬수 있어 허가돼지 않았다는 점입니다. 또한 COVID 19으로 입원한 환자에게도 사용할수 없습니다. 최대한 심각증세로 전환될 가능성의 환자를 찾아내 정맥투여하는 약입니다. 다음은 심각한 병증으로 진행 혹은 입원 가능성이 높은 고위험군의 정의입니다. High-risk is defined as patients who meet at least one of the following criteria: Have a body mass index (BMI) ≥35 Have chronic kidney disease Have diabetes Have immunosuppressive disease Are currently receiving immunosuppressive treatment Are ≥65 years of age Are ≥55 years of age AND have cardiovascular disease, OR hypertension, OR chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/other chronic respiratory disease.
